Philosophy

Our program's philosophy is to train athletes to succeed in competition by developing their skills and knowledge of the game of volleyball. We believe that maintaining a disciplined environment will foster ideals of integrity, commitment, personal responsibility, cooperation, communication and respect. We seek to develop a love for the game in the hearts of the athletes that we coach and will always challenge them to achieve their personal best.

We believe that playing time is a privilege, not a right, and is earned through hard work, dedication and skill. Playing time will be determined by the coaching staff.
